Liberty Digital Works LLC (“Liberty,” “we,” or “us”) operates Liberty Case Tracker and libertycasetracker.com. These terms apply when you use the app or website and take effect when Liberty opens production case tracking to users.
What Liberty provides
Liberty offers immigration guides and tools for tracking USCIS cases. You can track cases without creating an account. When you add a case, you ask us to send its receipt number to USCIS for the first lookup and later status checks while you track the case.
Official notices and legal advice
Liberty does not work for USCIS or any other part of the government. Case updates may be late or leave out details. Use official USCIS notices to find due dates and see what you need to do. We do not give legal advice or predict how USCIS will decide your case.
Use the service responsibly
Track only cases you are authorized to access. Get permission before adding or sharing someone else’s case. Do not use the service to look up unrelated cases, run bulk automated requests, or bypass service limits.
Your data and ending use
You can stop using the app at any time. To request deletion and close your installation, open Settings, then Privacy, then Delete All My Data and confirm. If you no longer have access to the app, contact us at the address below. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, when we delete it, and what happens to your data if case tracking ends.
Changes to these terms
Before revised terms apply to your use of the app, we will show you a plain-language summary, link to the full update, and ask you to actively accept it. If you choose to stop using the app, you can still request deletion.
